PAGMETER ALL CENTRAL SECTION ALL STAR TEAM
PAGMETER TEAM OF THE YEAR
LIBERTY PATRIOTS
By far the best team in the Central Section finishing the year at 32-4 along with finishing the year red hot with a 20 game winning streak, The Patriots are the 2024 Central Section Champions and the Division 2 SoCal State Champions.
PAGMETER SMALL SCHOOL TEAMS OF THE YEAR
CHAVEZ TITANS
The Titans got hot after the Easter tournaments and steam rolled the rest of the way finishing with a 14 game winning streak. The Titans should have received a very high seed in Division 5 but somehow the CIF gave the Titans the No 2 seed in Division 6 and from there, the young Titans took care of business. 7 out of 9 Titan starters were sophomores. Let that sink in.
The Titans won the Division 6 Championship and also are the SoCal Division 5 State Champions. The Titans also proved the PAGMETER was spot on and the Titans should have been seeded in Division 5 because the Titans beat the D5 Champion Shafter Generals in the SoCal Division 5 State playoffs.
PAGMETER COACH OF THE YEAR

Coach Mills and his staff did a great job winning the Central Section Championship and the SoCal Division 2 State Championship. The Patriots were aggressive at the plate, got the big hit when needed and the pitching stepped up finishing with a 20 game winning streak (32-4).

PAGMETER SMALL SCHOOL COACH AND TEAM OF THE YEAR
SCOTT NEAL AND the CHAVEZ TITANS
Coach Neal and his staff coached this young team to perfection. The Titans should have been the No1 seed in Division 5 but instead they received the No 2 seed in Division 6. SMH.
The Titans started 7 sophomores and the Titans won the Division 6 Section Championship beating Lindsay 1-0. Coach Neal was the head coach at Chavez between 2006 and 2018, the Titans won the Division 5 Section Championship in 2015 and 2016. Coach started coaching again last year and the Titans will be loaded for a while.
The Titans stayed hot by beating the D5 Section Champion Shafter Generals in the D5 SoCal State playoffs along the way and ended up beating Azusa 8-6 in 9 innings to win the Division 5 SoCal State Championship. In the 9th, Titans, Marcos DeLira Doubled off the Wall scoring Miguel Ramirez, Yogi Agredano RBI Single scored DeLira and winning pitcher Yogi Agredano shut the door in the bottom of the 9th.
Benji Perez 3-4, SB, 2 doubles, 4 RBIs. Jayden Popoy 2 hits, R, SB. Daniel Carrillo 2 hits, R, SB
DeLira and Agredano each with 2 hits.
Not too bad for a No 8 seed in the Socal state playoffs and finishing the year with a 14 game winning streak.
