2019 PAGMETER CENTRAL SECTION GOLF TEAM OF THE YEAR

CLOVIS WEST GOLDEN EAGLES

2019 was a rebuilding year for Clovis West after losing four of its six starting players to graduation. The younger players, two of whom had played golf for less than two years, worked extremely hard and made major strides in their games.

KEN SHIPLEY, Clovis West Golden Eagles

Coach Ken and his staff has built the Golden Eagles golf program into a Central Section dynasty. The Golden Eagles were TRAC champions for the 15th year in a row, Northern Area champions for the 13th time in 14 years, and Central Section Champions for the 7th-straight year and the 12th time in 14 years.
