Clovis Cougars and Memorial Panthers are pretty much tied for the final No 1 spot. SJM did beat Clovis head to head but the Cougars get the big edge with strength of schedule and winning the Central Section Championship over a Division 2 Championship. Next year Memorial moves into Division 1

No 1 Clovis Cougars (20-11) (6-7 TRAC) CENTRAL SECTION CHAMPIONS!  Legendary Head Coach James Patrick retires with 9 Central Section Championships (10 overall) as a Cougars head coach and a career record 756-272-3. Most wins ever!! Beat Frontier 14-3. WP Zach Jimenez, Noah Beal 2-3, RBI, Koby Kropf 3-3, RBI, Justin Tiger, HR, Triple, 3 RBI’S

 

 

No 2 Memorial Panthers (27-5) (13-2 CMAC CHAMPIONS) BACK TO BACK DIVISION 2 CHAMPIONS! Beat Sanger 3-2 in 9 innings in a great game. Matt Alvarez with a walk off RBI single. Jayden Jones 8 strong innings , Tanner Sagouspe 2-4, Eddie Saldivar RBI

 

 

No 3 Frontier Titans (21-11) (9-6 SWYL) Tremendous year for the Titans! Kobe Silva with a heck of a year!

 

 

 

No 4 Buchanan Bears (26-4) (13-2 TRAC CHAMPIONS) The favorites to win it all.  So much talent! Lost to Frontier 1-0 in the Quarterfinals. Brady Hormel leaves as one of the best Bears ever!

 

 

 

No 5 Clovis North Broncos (21-8) (9-6 TRAC) Tremendous pitching staff. Lefty Riley Cooper will be one of the best in the Central Section in 2020

 

 

 

No 6 Righetti High Warriors (22-6) (10-2 MOUNTAIN CHAMPIONS) Outstanding 2nd half of the year. Lost a tough one to Frontier in the semifinals 2-1 in 11 innings 

 

 

 

 

No 7 San Luis Obispo Tigers (23-5-1) (9-3 Mountain) Would have loved to see the Tigers play against teams from the Central Valley

 

 

 

No 8 Sanger Apaches (22-7-1) (12-3 CMAC) The best Apaches team in school history. Jake Harrell and Alec Flores with fantastic years on the hill

 

 

No 9 Liberty Patriots (24-7) (11-4 SWYL CHAMPIONS) Outstanding offense hitting .364 as a team

 

 

 

No 10 Clovis West Golden Eagles (18-12) (7-8 TRAC) The future looks good for the Golden Eagles

 

 

No 11 Highland Scots (29-2) (11-0 SEYL CHAMPIONS) DIVISION 3 SECTION CHAMPIONS. Most wins of any teams in the Central Section

 

 

No 12 Redwood Rangers (18-10) (8-2 WYL CHAMPIONS) Very streaky team! 

 

 

No 13 Bullard Knights (16-13) (10-5 CMAC) The Knights were young and Bullard Hardball is back!

 

 

 

No 14 Stockdale Mustangs (15-12) (9-6 SWYL) The Mustangs were the youngest team in division 1 and that means….WATCH OUT FOR THE MUSTANGS IN 2020! 

 

 

 

No 15 Central Grizzlies (11-17) (5-10 TRAC) The Grizzlies with a bunch of big wins. Played with a tone of heart!!

 

 

 

No 16 Fresno High Warriors (23-6) (9-1 NYL CHAMPIONS) The Warriors own the NYL

 

 

 

 

No 17 Porterville Panthers (22-6) (12-3 EYL CHAMPIONS) Junior Noah Munoz finished with a 10-3 record 

 

 

 

 

No 18 Clovis East T Wolves (11-17) (3-12 TRAC) Had to play in the tough TRAC!

 

 

 

 

No 19 Tulare Western Mustangs (15-15) (11-4 EYL) It’s time to put the Mustangs back in division 2 and the only reason why TW is in D1 is the hard work of 17 year head coach Ken Searcy. Kenny has built a tremendous program!!

 

 

 

No 20 Arroyo Grande Eagles (15-13) (7-5 Mountain) Plenty of Eagles return in 2020

 

 

 

No 21 Centennial Golden Hawks (14-14) (7-8 SWYL) up and down all year long

 

 

 

No 22 Bakersfield Drillers (15-14) (7-8 SWYL) Ace Jarrett Brannen went 8-3

 

 

 

No 23 El Diamante Miners (18-11) (7-3 WYL) Played a very tough schedule

 

 

 

No 24 Tulare Union Tribe (14-16) (9-6 EYL) Ace Ben Pedersen with a tremendous Tribe career

 

 

 

No 25 Madera Coyotes (15-14) (7-8 CMAC) Just think how good the Coyotes would have been if players didn’t transfer!  

 

 

 

No 26 Atascadero Greyhounds (12-18) (5-7 Mountain) Lost to Highland 3-2 in the Division 3 Section Championship. The Hounds are good!!

 

 

 

No 27 Liberty Madera Hawks (21-9) (10-5 NSL) BACK TO BACK DIVISION 5 SECTION CHAMPIONS! Beat Minarets 2-1 in the Championship game. WP Nate Samarin Complete game 4-hitter

 

 

No 28 Chowchilla Tribe (17-11-1) (9-6 N Sequoia) DIVISION 4 SECTION CHAMPIONS! Got hot in the 2nd half and took care of business. Beat Monache 4-1 in the Championship game

 

 

 

No 29 Bishop Union Broncos (18-4) (10-2 CO-HDL CHAMPIONS) DIVISION 6 SECTION CHAMPS! Beat Foothill 25-2 in the Championship game. The Broncos are real good and can play with anybody. Leading the way all year long was senior Michael Kubiak who hit .656 with 41 RBI’s

 

 

 

 

No 30 Nipomo Titans (16-13-1) (8-2 Co-Ocean CHAMPIONS) Plenty of Titans return in 2020
