DIVISION 1 BOYS BASKETBALL PLAYOFF 2019 FINAL RANKINGS
1 CLOVIS WEST GOLDEN EAGLES (30-3) (9-1 TRAC CHAMPIONS) VALLEY CHAMPS!
C Dub always starts strong but can they finish at Selland? CW come off winning the Bob Hawking Tournament of Champions and the Rocklin Tournament. Leading the way and one of the best players in the state and only a sophomore is Cole Anderson. Seniors Alex Villi, Grayson Carper, and Dez Walls will be impact players. Coming off the bench will be junior Jarren Carr at 5’1. Slam dunk No 1 seed.

2 CLOVIS NORTH BRONCOS (21-10) (8-2 TRAC)
The Broncos will be a contender with seniors Stephen Perry and junior Terri Miller. The Broncos can beat anybody and should be the No 2 or No 3 seed. They did beat Clovis West

3 BULLARD KNIGHTS (26-6) (9-1 Co-CMAC CHAMPIONS)
The Knights are the The Sacramento Elite Classic Champions & Valley Children’s Invitational tournament Champions. Seniors Chris Estrada, Teiquan Rush and junior Justin Parks lead the Knights. Split with Clovis North, Bakersfield and Arroyo Grande. The Knights have played a tough schedule so they can get a No 2-4 seed

4 BAKERSFIELD DRILLERS (21-7) (10-0 SWYL CHAMPIONS)
The Drillers are always fast and exciting team. Keep an eye on juniors Josh Geary and Kosta Bikakis. The Drillers are a contender with senior shape shooter Cobey Olivas. Beat Bullard. Will that be enough to get a No 3 seed?

5 CLOVIS EAST T WOLVES (21-9) (6-4 TRAC)
The T Wolves are off to a good start. The T Wolves are led by upperclassmen lefty guards JR. Jermal Pittman and Sr. Shawno Roberts. Coaches son William Wiggins is real long and starts at PG. Jr guard Tyler Pacheco can really shoot it. Undersized as always, yet the Twolves are deep with 10 players rotating in a lot! Lost to Edison but has some big wins.

6 ARROYO GRANDE EAGLES (23-6) (10-2 MOUNTAIN CHAMPIONS)
The Eagles can shoot and they played outstanding winning the Optimist Tournament and HIT Tournament. Leading the Eagles will be juniors Robert Hutchens, Gage Gomez and senior Bryan Smith. Beat Bullard and lost to Clovis West

7 ST JOSEPH KNIGHTS (23-8) (9-3 MOUNTAIN)
The Knights are new to the Central Section and pretty young. Senior Kainoa Keuma will lead sophomores Sam Bazunga, Steven Vasquez, Angel Ortiz and junior Tim Noe. Split with Arroyo Grande and beat Edison 

8 EDISON TIGERS (19-12) (6-4 CMAC)
The Tigers have plenty of scorers and leading the way will be seniors Eli Nourian, Chris Lamarr, sophomores Kevon Travis, Jeremiah Hannah and freshman Tyrece Fairly. Beat Clovis East

9 MISSION PREP ROYALS (15-14) (8-4 MOUNTAIN)
Leading the Royals will be senior Finley Hungerford and sophomores Zac Hatch, Assani Berkeley and Mark Rodriguez

10 LIBERTY PATRIOTS (16-13) (7-3 SWYL)
Two of the top shooters in the valley are on the same team with Isaiah Hill and Jackson Campbell. The Patriots team has been through a lot with coach getting fired

11 CENTRAL GRIZZLIES (9-16) (5-5 TRAC)
Football season is now over and Basketball season starts. The defending 3-peat Valley champs will have seniors Jahmai Bartley, Sherrick Berry and Justice Cole leading the way

12 BUCHANAN BEARS (12-17) (1-9 TRAC)
Junior Charlie Barnes will lead the Bears. Keep an eye on 6’9 junior Kyler Van Grouw, he could be the sleeper

13 CENTENNIAL GOLDEN HAWKS (9-20) (4-6 SWYL)
The G Hawks are young with juniors Max Richey, Andrew Martin, Noah West, and sophomore Christian Espericueta

14 CLOVIS COUGARS (10-18) (1-9 CMAC)
The Cougars have a new coach with Jon Heinz

15 SUNNYSIDE WILDCATS (10-17) (7-3 NYL)
The Wildcats come off a great year. Senior C.J. Ayers and junior Elijah Mouanoutoua could be the leading scorers for the Cats

16 STOCKDALE MUSTANGS (9-19) (3-7 SWYL)
Leading the Mustangs will be seniors Joephil Jandog, Amandeep Mander and junior Lawrence Duru
17 RIDGEVIEW WOLF PACK (6-18) (3-7 SYL)
Seniors Rohan Birch, Jamaal Chase, and Tahj Wright lead the Pack. Pretty young team

18 ATASCADERO GREYHOUNDS (13-15) (7-3 CENTRAL COAST)
Seniors Tristan Guillory and Cade VanAllen lead the Hounds
19 RIGHETTI HIGH WARRIORS (6-18) (3-7 MOUNTAIN)
The Warriors will get better and better every game. Leading the way will be sophomore Jackson Moore, seniors Caleb Thomas,Christian Gonzales and Junior Canaan Reynolds
