Division 3 was the toughest of all divisions to seed. This division is wide open!!! Highland is the team to watch out for.  Garces has lost 10 in a row but has played the toughest division 3 schedule. Last year Porterville won it all at the No 13 seed and this year they are the No 1 seed.
