The X factor CVC star running back Jaalen Rening who is the best back in our section got hurt in the HW game playing on defense and is out for the rest of the year and will have surgery very soon. This is sad news for a great player! Look for the Bears outstanding defense to be the difference in this one. The Bears are on a special run. CVC will likely have to rely on senior QB Tyce Griswold and Junior Mason Haworth to be a big part of the Caves offense the rest of the way.

The X factor the Madera South, CMAC death march ends after Friday. Let’s all pray that the CIF does the right thing by Jan 1 and get the Stallions out of the CMAC. It’s also not fair to Bullard playing a division 5 team for strength of schedule if it did come down to that for playoff seedings.
Knights QB Pierucci is getting better and better with every snap he takes. There is NOT on team in division 5 that would win a game playing in the CMAC so disregard 4 losses on the Stallions schedule.

Sanger is battling for the No 3 seed in the Division 2 playoffs and will need to beat Memorial next week or the Apaches could be the No 5 seed.
