Central looks to make it 4 straight

Central is now 3-0 and will try to make it 4-0 when they take on Paso Robles friday night. Coach Biggs and his team are coming off a blowout win against Whitney High (Rocklin). The Grizzlies took care of business last Friday night with 49-10 victory.

Senior Wr Milton Clement’s had a amazing game with 2 catches for 65 and a touchdown and returned a 95 yard kickoff for a td’s. QB Trent Tompkins had another great performance throwing for over 390 yards and 5 td’s. The senior qb has 2 offers from Nevada university and Brown university and whatever school school lands Tompkins they will be getting a hard worker and winner! Maybe coach Tedford should give a look at Tompkins! That’s not the only player coach Tedford should give a look at Junior Wr Jeremiah Hunter had a great game with 4 catches for 57 yards and 2 touchdowns Hunter is a great red zone target and will win almost any 50/50 ball but winning a 50/50 ball against the Grizzlies defense is tough to do.

Central defense has made a lot of noise this season allowing only 2 rushing touchdowns and 1 passing touchdown allowing a total of 22 points this season. The Grizzlies defense had a great game last week only giving 10 points but had 4 sacks and a total of 65 tackles. Central will face a much better rush attack this friday against Paso Robles.

If Central can  stop the passing attack early in this game the Grizzlies will be fine facing a heavy run game. Keys to this game can Central find its run game this week after going away from it last week. Can Paso Robles slow down Trent Tompkins and the passing game. Find out this friday as Central takes Paso Robles at 7:30.
