What a list it is!!! Tremendous talent in the Central Section.
We decided to put the Watch List all together with so many players playing both ways. 
Here it goes!!

TRENT TOMPKINS, SR, CENTRAL GRIZZLIES (QB)

Back to back Pag Meter Offensive player of the year award. The biggest competitor I have seen in a while. Trent is the old fashion gun-slinger and the most dangerous QB in the section when the game is on the line. He was the first QB in Central Grizzlies history to win a valley championship throwing for 3,624 yards with 37 touchdown passes, rushed for 504 yards and scored 4 touchdowns. Take a look at Baker Mayfield..the Heisman award winner and No 1 pick in the NFL draft and he wasn’t recruited out of high school. Offers will be rolling in now including an Ivy League offer from Brown University. Trent has the Grizzlies the favorite again to be playing on Championship night.

CAMERON WILLIAMS, Sr, BAKERSFIELD DRILLERS (QB/DB)

Cam has exploded this summer with over 19 offers and has verbally committed to play at Washington University. Cam will play QB and lead the defense for the Drillers. Cam can throw it and run it from the triple option and that makes the Drillers so dangerous!

CARL JONES, Sr, BAKERSFIELD DRILLERS (WR/RB/S)

Transferred in from Golden Valley and now playing for the Drillers. Has a ton a talent and speed. Will play RB/WR/Safety. Carl has verbally committed to play for Colorado. Jones might be the most dangerous player in the valley running with the football.

ALEC TRUJILLO, SR, MEMORIAL PANTHERS (QB)
Alec was runner up for Pag Meter Offensive Player of the year. What a junior year he had leading the Panthers to the division 3 Section Championship throwing for 3,755 yards with 40 touchdown passes. The Panthers are the heavy favorite to win the division 3 section championship again with Alec leading the way. One of the toughest Quarterbacks that can take a hit in the pocket. Alec has verbally committed to play for the San Jose St Spartans. The Spartans just got a real good QB that can win them the MWC!

KENDALL MILTON, JR, BUCHANAN BEARS (RB)

Kendall finished his sophomore year rushing for 1,514 yards and scored 23 touchdowns. Once he bounces to the outside, he is gone with speed. Kendall has a ways to go before the final product is complete and that’s scary to think about because Kendall will get even better! His junior year should be exciting. Kendall has been invited to the All American bowl in San Antonio, Texas. He has over 35 offers and his top 10 picks are USC, Alabama, Fresno St, Florida St, Georgia, Miami, Ohio St, Oklahoma, Penn St, and Texas.

KWABENA WATSON, SR, EDISON TIGERS (TE/DE)
He’s 6’3, fast and rangy. When you want to get the perfect pass rusher/outside linebacker, it is Kwabena! KW has verbally committed to play for Arizona University. Sky’s the limit for Kwabena and the leader in the club house for Pag Meter Defensive Player of the year.
JALEN CROPPER, SR, BUCHANAN BEARS (WR/SS)

New transfer to Buchanan from Sanger and very dangerous when he has the football. Goggle Marcus Allen because that’s what Jalen looks like with the football. He is also one of the best defensive backs in the state and getting plenty of offers and the top 5 schools for Jalen are Utah, Oregon, Boise St, Cal, and Fresno State.

LEONARD GLASS, SR, MEMORIAL PANTHERS (RB/SLOT/DB)

One of the fastest running backs/Slots in the valley and also one of the best defensive backs in the valley. Leonard was huge in the Panthers offense rushing for 1,308 yards, scored 20 touchdowns and caught 37 passes for 468 yards, with 4 more touchdowns. Leonard has verbally committed to play for the Iowa State University Cyclones.

JALEN MCMILLAN, JR, MEMORIAL PANTHERS (WR)

Jalen is the fastest player in the valley and boy is he good in football and baseball. He caught 78 passes for 1,810 yards and scored 21 touchdowns. Against Lemoore he caught 12 passes for 369 yards and scored 6 touchdowns. By the time he is a senior the 6’2 receiver will have MANY offers from all over the country. He already has an offer from Nebraska and dual sports offers in baseball and football from USC and Arizona.

BROCK JONES, SR, BUCHANAN BEARS (S/WR)

Brock is the best Safety in the valley who is always around the football. Brock has offers already from Arizona State, Cal Poly, and IVY league schools for Football. In Baseball, Brock is one of the top players in the state and already has many offers including Stanford. It doesn’t get any better than that so when schools say it’s tough to play 2 sports to get looked at, Google Brock Jones!

ISAAC JERNAGIN, Jr, BAKERSFIELD DRILLERS (WR/(DB)
Has become a hot commodity and will be one of the best wide receivers in the valley with recent offers from Oregon, USC and Utah as a receiver, but also excels in the secondary. Look for Isaac to have a big year for the Drillers.

KONNER GOMNESS, SR, MEMORIAL PANTHERS (OL/DL))
Will come into 2018 as one of the best offensive lineman in the valley. The CMAC All Star had a tremendous junior year for the division 3 Section Champions. Konner has many offers including Utah State, UTEP, Hawaii, Washington State and Fresno State.

KEONTE GLINTON, Sr, BAKERSFIELD CHRISTIAN EAGLES (WR/DB)
The best defensive back in the south valley. The speedster has an offer from Oregon State.

RICKY CORREIA, JR, CENTRAL GRIZZLIES (DL)
He transferred to Central from Edison. He’s 6’4-290 LBs and by the time he graduates, he will go down as the greatest defensive lineman in valley history if he works hard. He has offers from division 1 schools from all over the country including LSU, Texas A&M and USC.

JEREMIAH HUNTER, JR, CENTRAL GRIZZLIES (WR)
Will be Tompkins favorite target and will be a Pag Meter All Valley 1st team All Star. Jeremiah has great hands and catches everything thrown at him. Has an offer from Fresno St and Nevada and that’s only the beginning. Look for Hunter to have a big year!

DANTE CHACHERE, SR, CLOVIS WEST GOLDEN EAGLES (QB)
The most athletic QB in the Section that is so dangerous running or throwing. Will come in with a year under his belt after throwing for 3,462 yards with 22 TD passes and rushed for 441 yards. already has an offer from Nevada.

MARCUS FULCHER, SR, BULLARD KNIGHTS (RB)

Will come into 2018 as one of the top running backs in the valley. He runs hard, will wear you down and/or will run by you. Marcus also will be one of the best running backs in Bullard history and the Knights have had some of the best running backs ever. Marcus ended his junior year rushing for 1,756 yards and scored 20 totals touchdowns. Offers are starting to roll in…

SAM STEWART JR, Sr, LIBERTY PATRIOTS (RB/LB)
The best 2-way player in the valley. At 220 lbs, Sammy will wear you down at running back and rip your head off at Linebacker. He rushed for 1,192 yards, scored 12 touchdowns and Also made 82 tackles at linebacker. Has an offer from Arizona State.

RANDY JORDAN JR, SR, TULARE UNION TRIBE (WR/DB)
One of the best Cornerbacks in the valley and will play receiver this year for the Tribe with plenty of speed. He verbally committed to play for the Fresno St Bulldogs

CEYONTAY BELL, Sr, BAKERSFIELD DRILLERS (RB/LB)
Look for CB to have a big year for the Drillers on both sides of the ball. Once the Drillers get in the Red Zone…Ring the Bell because he can smell the end zone.

CALEB THOMAS, SR, RIGHETTI HIGH WARRIORS (NT/TE)
Plays at 6’4, 275 and will be one of the best in the Section. Will be a force for the Warriors on both sides of the ball. Has plenty of offers including from the Pac 12

HUNTER RILEY, SR, LIBERTY PATRIOTS, (WR/S)
The Patriots will be very good and a big reason will be Hunter who is a two way starter. He was invited to the Blue Grey all American game in Dallas.

COLTON NELSON, SR, MADERA COYOTES (QB)
He had a Coyotes record breaking year throwing for 3,802, and 34 touchdown passes. Colton will be in the running for the Pag Meter Offensive Player of the year award. The Coyotes will be knocking on the door to be playing in the division 3 section championship game with Colt at QB.

ALEX AGUILAR, Sr, SHAFTER GENERALS
One of the most dangerous QB’s in the Section. The junior last year threw for 2,750 yards with 29 touchdowns, rushed for 1,370 yards and scored 22 touchdowns. If you do the math that’s 4,120 total yards and 51 total touchdowns. Alex has the Generals in line to win a division 5 section championship.

TYRELL GRAYSON, Sr, CENTRAL GRIZZLIES (WR/DB)
2 way player that will never come off the field with major speed. TG should have a big year for the defending Valley Champions. He is being recruited by Oregon St, Nevada, San Jose St, Cal Poly and Sacramento State..

ISAIAH JERNAGIN, Sr, BAKERSFIELD DRILLERS (WR/DB)
The Drillers team leader that is getting plenty of offers from Mid-Major schools. Isaiah will never come off the field for the Drillers.

NATHAN LAMB, SR, TULARE UNION TRIBE (QB)
Nate was outstanding getting the ball to all the Tribe athletes and was a big part of winning the division 2 Section Champions throwing for 3,810 yards with 39 touchdown passes. For his career he has thrown for 6,817 yards and 69 TDs. Has offers from Oregon State, San Diego State, Sacramento State, Northern Arizona University, San Jose State, and Nevada.

KEANU WILLIAMS, SO, CLOVIS COUGARS (DE)
A baby giant at 6’4/230 LBS and becoming a monster on defense. The offers are starting to roll in with the first one from the USC Trojans. By the time Keanu is a senior, he will be one of the most recruited players in the state!

JOSH MAGANA, JR, DINUBA EMPERORS (QB)
Josh is now on the radar with many colleges and not a sleeper any longer. Josh threw for 2,241 yards with 32 TD passes in his sophomore year. Watch out for 2018 because Josh will be even better! The Emperors will be dangerous with Josh at QB and Dinuba will contend for the division 2 section championship.

CRISTIAN LOERA, SR, CLOVIS COUGARS (DB)

Cristian Loera broke Kenny Lake’s 47 year old Cougar interception record with 12 on the year. WOW 12! Loera finished No 2 in the state and No 6 Country in picks for the year and was named to the 1st team All State All Star football team. Hey QB’s, you might want to stay away from Loera’s side of the field.

JOSEPH CAMPBELL, JR, GARCES RAMS (QB)
Could have a HUGE year with so much talent around him. JC is one of best young QB’s in the Section that has a cannon and watch out for the Rams scoring a bunch of points. If Campbell has a big year so will the Rams.

JACOB LEVATO, SR, BULLARD KNIGHTS (LB)
3 year starter and will come in as one of the best linebackers in the valley. Outstanding run defender and big time hitter. The Knights leader will have his team playing hard!!

TAIRYN JOHNSON, JR, TULARE WESTERN MUSTANGS (RB)
If there is ever a sleeper that will be a star…It’s TJ. One of the fastest in the valley with a 4.35 in the 40 and he got stronger in the weight room this off season. TJ could go over 2,000 yards this year rushing. TJ will also return punts and kickoffs. TJ will be one of the most recruited in the south valley.

JUSTIN MALDONADO, SR, ST JOSEPH KNIGHTS (RB/QB/LB)
The senior leader might never come off the field. Justin is one heck of an athlete.

TAHJ WRIGHT, Sr, RIDGEVIEW WOLFPACK (WR/QB/DB)
He is back at his home school of Ridgeview. If he works hard Tahj will have a big year on both sides of the ball for the Pack. Tahj is a playmaker with plenty of speed and could play some QB.

RYAN AGUILAR, SR, LIBERTY PATRIOTS (MLB/SLOT)
The defensive leader and monster in the middle. Will also play offense at slot.

ERNEST JACKSON, SR, FRONTIER TITANS (WR/DB)
Jackson will be the guy to lead the Titans running the football. The senior leader will never come off the field. Ernest was invited to the Blue~Grey All~American Game this December in Dallas.

BEN YUROSEK, JR, BAKERSFIELD CHRISTIAN EAGLES (TE/DE)
One of the best athletes in the south valley! In any sport, Ben is always around the ball. Last year he made 62 tackles, with 14 sacks Ben also caughts 34 passes for 342 yards and scored 3 touchdowns. Ben will be heavily recruited starting about now.

TOBIN PHILLIPS, JR, MEMORIAL PANTHERS (DE/OL)
Transferred in from Clovis North and the 6’4 player is one of the best D-ends in the valley! Tobin is being recruited by many big time schools.

JORDAN MUELLER, JR, EXETER MONARCHS (TE/DE)
He is 6’4, 245 lbs, is very fast from the edge and strong. By the time he is a senior, Jordan will be one of the best in the Section

JAMES GILMET, SR, ARROYO GRANDE EAGLES (RB/LB)
Rushed for 1,102 yards and the senior leader will never come off the field for the Eagles.

CARTER ANDERSON, JR, BULLARD KNIGHTS (QB/WR)
Carter will be the Knights starting QB. Carter is a fantastic talent that can run and pass. If Carter really focused on football…sky’s the limit!

ALEX WALLACE, SR, BAKERSFIELD CHRISTIAN EAGLES (WR/DB)
Big time playmaker who caught 52 passes for 916 yards and scored 12 touchdowns. Wallace was also the most dangerous punt returner in the valley scoring 4 touchdowns.

JORDAN BURRELL, JR, TULARE WESTERN MUSTANGS (DB)
Should have one heck of a year in the secondary for Mustangs. One of the best in the valley.

MCKINLEY M LEE III, SR, EDISON TIGERS (RB)
Will be the main back for the Tigers. Fast and strong and looking to have a big year.

MATT MERRITT, JR, BUCHANAN BEARS (OL/DL)
Big at 6’2, 255 and fast. Will be the team leader on defense for the Bears

CHASE ARTOPOEUS, SR, ST JOSEPH KNIGHTS (QB)
Keep an eye on this senior QB, he has the makings to be real good! If Chase has a big year so will the Knights. He transfers in from Thousand Oaks and is very good, with  Ivy League offers

JUSTIN HUNT, SR, MEMORIAL PANTHERS (DE)
Here is another stud on the Panthers D-line. After starting last year as a defensive captain, the 6’3” 235 lbs, 3 year starter returns this year from an ACL injury which cut his junior season short. Hunt has several D1 schools watching his recovery, and has made huge gains in the weight room.

THOMAS CURRAN, SR, CLOVIS WEST GOLDEN EAGLES (LB/RB)
The senior team leader and he is very good on both sides of the ball

NOAH RAMIREZ, SR, HANFORD BULLPUPS (LB)
The team leader on defense that is fast and strong

DAELIN DEGRAFFENREID, Sr, RIDGEVIEW WOLFPACK (WR/DB)
Will be outstanding on both sides of the ball and a big time playmaker. He was invited to the Blue Grey All-American game in Dallas.

ISAAC BOWERS, SR, GARCES RAMS (WR/DB)
Tall body at 6’3 with speed and has great hands

JOSIAH JAMES, JR, HANFORD WEST HUSKIES (QB)
Josiah is a two sport outstanding athlete (Basketball) and has the makings to be a very good QB.

NICK SILL, SR, GARCES RAMS (WR/DB)
Speed and very good. Could have a big year for the Rams on both sides of the ball

PRESTON CONTI, SR, MINARETS MUSTANGS (WR)
Might just have the best hands in the valley and would be the top receiver on any team. He already has drawn the Interest of Washington State, University of Montana.

TRENTON HOLLOWAY SR, CLOVIS NORTH BRONCOS (DB)
Will come in as the sleeper player of the year and that means watch out because Trenton should have a huge year for the Broncos on defense.

JJ ESPINOZA, SR, MADERA COYOTES (WR/S)
JJ will never come off the field and the Coyotes best player! JJ is always around the ball and making big plays.

JAYDEN PINEDA, SR, MT WHITNEY PIONEERS (QB)
Will come into 2018 as one of the best QB’s in the valley. He threw for 2,391 yards with 24 TD passes, rushed for 692 yards and scored 9 TD’s. The Pioneers are in good hands.

JACOB SMITH, SR, MEMORIAL PANTHERS (NG)
The CMAC All Star is a beast on the D-line. Watchout for the Panthers defensive front!!

GRANT BLOOM, SR, CENTENNIAL GOLDEN HAWKS (RB/LB)
Outstanding 2 way player and a big senior hitter for the G Hawks

DAVID DAILEY, SR, TULARE UNION TRIBE (OLB/SS)
Watch out for this player after making 118 tackles for the division 2 Section Champions! Outstanding Student Athlete along with being fast and strong on defense. He should have a huge year for the Tribe.

JAALEN RENING JR, CVC CAVALIERS (RB/DB)
The next superstar running back in the valley. Will be a Pag Meter All Valley 1st team All Star this year. He comes in after rushing for 1,396 yards, scored 12 TD’s.

JOZIAH VELASQUEZ SR, MADERA COYOTES (Slot back)
One of the best slot backs in the valley. Teams have trouble matching up against Joziah because of his speed and his route running. Caught 76 passes for 1,010 yards and 6 TD’s. His senior year, he could be the top receiver in the Section. Look for a big year as well with returning Kicks.

DIRK NELSON, JR, CENTRAL VALLEY CHRISTIAN CAVALIERS (OL/DL)
One of the best young lineman that already has an offer from Oregon, and San Jose State. Dirk was also named to the Cal Hi SOPHOMORE ALL-STATE TEAM.

NICK KEENAN, SR, CLOVIS WEST GOLDEN EAGLES (RB/FS)
Nick is fast and will get plenty of carries at running back

EMMANUEL CASTRO, SR, GARCES RAMS (OL/DL)
Will be one of the best offensive linemen in the south valley

JESHUA GUTIERREZ, SR, FIREBAUGH EAGLES (QB)
Threw for 2,869 yards, with 36 TD passes, rushed for 581, and scored 2 TD’s. Watch out in 2018 for the Eagles with Jeshua at QB.

JACOB ZEIMET, SR, BAKERSFIELD DRILLERS (RB/LB)
Hard nose runner and hitter for the Drillers. Senior leader in the middle

BO JACKSON, SR, KINGSBURG VIKINGS (RB/OLB)
Big part of the Vikings offense rushing for 1,543 yards, scored 20 TD’s, and made 115 tackles. Bo is a very hard worker, big time competitor and his senior should be fun to watch.

ISIAH ESCOBAR, SR, ROSAMOND ROADRUNNERS (QB)
Outstanding year for the dual threat QB throwing for 2,504 yards with 32 touchdown passes, rushed for 927 yards and scored 11 touchdowns.

COLTON SMITH SR, KERMAN LIONS (RB/LB)
Will play both ways for the Lions and will be one of the best downhill runners in the section. Last year he made 110 tackles at linebacker, rushed for 578 yards, scored 10 TD’s.

ANTHONY VILANUEVA, SR LIBERTY PATRIOTS (LB)
Very good LB and made 87 tackles his junior year.

DANIEL LONG, SR, DINUBA EMPERORS (LB)
One of the best linebackers in the valley. Fast and strong.

CODY WOOLSEY, SR, CHOWCHILLA TRIBE (QB/LB)
The team leader on both sides of the ball.

TYREAK WALKER, SR, KENNEDY THUNDERBIRDS (RB)
Last year rushed for 1,284 yards and scored 10 TD’s. This year could be close to 2,000 yards.

WYATT ROTH, SR, LIBERTY MADERA HAWKS (RB/LB)
He will be one of the best in the valley. Rushed for 1,222 and scored 14 TD’s, made 66 tackles on defense. Wyatt will never come off the field

CHRISTIAN ORTIZ, JR, GOLDEN WEST TRAILBLAZERS (RB/LB)
Played both ways at Running back and linebacker, made 90 tackles and will be the top back this year for the defending division 4 section champions.

JAMES JOHNSON, SR, NORTH STARS (TE/LB)
Played both ways with 18 sacks, 106 tackles. Had 748 receiving yards and score 7 TD’s

CHRIS PUGA SR, CARUTHERS BLUE RAIDERS (QB/RB)
Rushed for 1,506 yards and scored 19 TD’s along with 55 tackles for the division 5 champions. Puga could go over 2,000 yards. Look for Puga to play some QB

ZACK REDMAN, SR, MINARETS MUSTANGS (WR/SS)
Another Mustang with great hands at 6’2”, 180 lbs. Zack already has the interest with several D2 and D3 colleges.

ERIC SALDANA, Sr, COALINGA HORNED TOADS (RB)
Outstanding running back for the Toads who rushed for 1,446 rushing yards and scored 14 touchdowns. His senior year…..could be looking at 2,000 yards and the Toads will contend for the division 5 section championship.

TATE EENIGENBURG, SR, BAKERSFIELD CHRISTIAN EAGLES (RB/LB)
Had 14 sacks last year. Will be huge again for the Eagles on both sides of the ball.

JOSH SANCHEZ, SR, DINUBA EMPERORS (DT)
6’0, 255 and a nightmare to block and without a doubt the best DT in division 2

JERRY HUERTA, SR, OROSI CARDINALS (RB)
Had one heck of a year rushing for 2,169 yards and scored 30 touchdowns. I can’t wait to see what Huerta will do his senior year!

JOSH KELLY, SR MEMORIAL PANTHERS
Transferred in from Bullard. Has soooo much potential to be one of the best receivers in the valley. Verbally committed to play at San Jose State.

JORDAN DANIELS, SR, HOOVER PATRIOTS (Athlete)
Threw for 1,014 yards and rushed for 1,127 yards last year. One of the fastest players in the valley for new coach Rus Pickett who will line him up in space all over. The senior leader is ready to roll.

DARIUS BAKER, SR, TULARE UNION TRIBE (WR)
A star will be born with this 6’6 receiver!

WILLIAM KLOSTER, JR, LEMOORE TIGERS (MLB/RB)
By the time he’s a senior, Kloster will be one of the best in the valley! Hard nose hitter in the middle.

KAI SUNAMOTO, JR, BULLARD KNIGHTS (WR/S)
Kai is a gamer that always makes the big play and is always around the ball. Remember the name! The best Knights athlete never comes off the field.

BRANDON DUNN, SR, STOCKDALE MUSTANGS (RB/DB)
The senior leader on both sides of the ball

ANTONIO ANDRADE, SR, MONACHE MARAUDERS (QB)
He threw for 2,233 yards with 23 TD passes his junior year. The Marauders are feeling good about this year with their senior QB. Will contend for the division 4 Section Championship.

ALIJAH ALEXANDER-WILLIAMS, JR, RIDGEVIEW WOLF PACK (RB/LB)
The leading Wolf Pack running back could have a huge year. Plenty of speed on both sides of the ball.

RAY ALVARADO, SR, DINUBA EMPEROR (DE)
So fast from the edge and he can run down any QB.

ISAIAH BELL, JR, GARCES RAMS (WR/DB)
The Sleeper on both sides of the ball for the Rams

JAKE BOUST, SR, SANGER APACHES (TE/WR)
A big body at 6’4 that has great hands and can block

JONATHAN POYTRESS, SR, FOWLER REDCATS (LB)
One of the best linebackers in the valley.

EVAN BURKHART, JR, STOCKDALE MUSTANGS (RB/WR)
Will be a big part of the offense with plenty of speed.

PARKER BOSWELL, SR, EL DIAMANTE MINERS (QB)
Should have a big senior for the Miners. Parker is very dangerous that can run and pass.

ELIJAH FISHER, SR, BAKERSFIELD CHRISTIAN EAGLES (OL/DL)
When you have plenty of speed on offense, you need a stud up front on both sides of the ball.

CHRIS COLEMAN, SR, CLOVIS WEST GOLDEN EAGLES (WR)
If he works hard he will have plenty of receptions from QB Chachere.

CHRIS GARCIA, SR, TEHACHAPI WARRIORS (QB)
The senior QB is ready to lead the Warriors into the playoffs. Chris can move with a good arm.

BRIAN KOWALL, JR, MISSION PREP ROYALS, (RB)
1,000 yard rusher and could have a big year.

HECTOR GONZALEZ, SR, LIBERTY PATRIOTS (QB)
Transferred in from Redwood and he is good! He threw for 2,133 yards with 23 TD passes. If he has a big year, look out for the Patriots!

Another weapon for the Eagles who lead the Eagles in rushing yards in his junior year.

BRAYDEN GROSHART, JR, NIPOMO PIRATES (QB)
He threw for 1,439 yards as a sophomore and should have a big junior year.

JUSTIN HINZO, JR, RIDGEVIEW WOLF PACK (QB)
If Justin has a big year then look out for the Pack! So much potential!

CAM HICKS, SR, CLOVIS WEST GOLDEN EAGLES (WR/LB)
He might just be the MVP this year for CW. Great hands and a team leader.

Big and fast at 260 Ibs. One of the best in the NYL

DAVON JONES, SR, SUNNYSIDE WILDCATS (RB/LB)
The best running back that nobody knows about YET! Fast and strong. Remember that you heard it first on the Pag Meter watch list about Davon Jones.

ISAAC JIMENEZ, SR, GARCES RAMS (LB)
The senior force in the middle and one of the best linebackers in the valley. Last year he had 86 tackles with 7 sacks.

DACOVA SNEED, SR, SUNNYSIDE WILDCATS (WR/DB)
He has speed and toughness and will be a team leader for the Wildcats

JULIAN AVILA, JR, MCFARLAND COUGARS (QB)
He can move around the pocket with a good arm. The Cougars will score some points!

ERIC DRAGT, SR, CVC CAVALIERS (QB/DB)
If this 6’4 QB can throw with pads just like he did in 7 vs 7 this summer then CVC will be VERY good! We all know 7 vs 7 isn’t real football but I like that Eric plays DB so that makes him tough and he shouldn’t be shy in the pocket.

JAYRON JENKINS, SR, HANFORD WEST HUSKIES (RB)
Keep an eye on JJ. After gaining over 1000 yards and averaging 7 yards per carry in his junior year, his senior year could be well over 1,500 yards.

LJ LAULU, JR, WEST VIKINGS (RB)
The 1,000 yard runner will be a big part of the Vikings offense

LUKE MCCLEAN, JR, BISHOP BRONCOS (RB/LB)
Will be a huge part of the Broncos offense

BRYCEN LINDSEY, SR, LIBERTY PATRIOTS (OL)
The Pates always have a very good offensive line and the streak continues because Brycen is good.

STEVEN ALANIZ, SR, MADERA SOUTH STALLIONS (RB/QB/DB)
One of the best team players in the valley. The hardest worker and will play wherever Coach Johnson needs him to play.

ANTHONY RAMIREZ, JR, WEST VIKINGS (WR/LB)
Plenty of speed that is tough. Look for AR to have a big year! He is the true sleeper that everybody will know real soon at 6’3, 220.

EKIN VU, SO, SUNNYSIDE WILDCATS (QB)
Keep an eye on Ekin. He can make every throw and is all ready the team leader.

CONNOR MATZKE, SR, LIBERTY PATRIOTS (WR/S)
Connor will be catching plenty of footballs for the Patriots and could have plenty of interceptions.

ORLANDO DOUGLAS, JR, SANGER APACHES (RB)
Could have a big year as the feature Apaches running back

DAMIAN MIRELES, SR, NORTH STARS (OL/DL)
The big guy will be the Stars leader up front

Has the potential to be very good for the Redcats

Another Drillers stud at linebacker

He will come in as the main back and has plenty of potential to rush over 1,500 yards.

MATT POSAS, SR, MADERA SOUTH STALLIONS (RB/DB)
He is electric and a playmaker. The Stallions will give him the ball plenty!

KEANTRE DAVIS, JR, HANFORD WEST HUSKIES (WR/DB)
Was thrown to the mix as a Sophomore on varsity. He is a year older, bigger, stronger, and much faster than most Wide outs. He is a track star as well as a DB lockdown corner.

MYRAN RANDLE, SR, BAKERSFIELD CHRISTIAN EAGLES (WR/CB)
Another outstanding speedster for the Eagles

MYLES WILLIAMS, JR, SUNNYSIDE WILDCATS (DL)
6’3 and 220 lbs and starting to realize that he can be real good if he works his butt off.

NICHOLAS HARPER, JR, YOSEMITE BADGERS (RB/S)
The hard nose runner will be a force on both sides of the ball for the Badgers

ANTHONY VALENCIA, SR, MT WHITNEY PIONEERS (WR)
The 6’4 receiver will be one of the best! Caught 55 passes for 895 yards and 14 TDs last year.

STEVEN ROLAND, SR, GARCES RAMS (DE)
The Rams offense will be very good and look for the Rams defense to hold their own with Roland on the edge.

TREVOR COLE, SR, ST JOSEPH KNIGHTS (WR/CB)
The Knights will work to get the speedy Cole the ball plenty of times

The senior leader is looking to have a huge year

ELIJAH BURRELL, JR, TULARE WESTERN MUSTANGS (QB)
One of the best young QB’s in the valley and will have the Mustangs ready for a division 2 section championship run.

DWIGHT DJ TATUM, JR, CENTRAL GRIZZLIES (OL)
Transferred in from Edison and he is a man beast. He is 6’4 and has lost some weight from 350 and working hard. He is so strong with great feet. He should have a big year.

REEF DOVE, SR, CLOVIS COUGARS (WR)
Has great hands and will be one of the Cougars team leaders. Caught 37 balls last year.

TOMMY SLATIC, SR, BULLARD KNIGHTS (DL)
3 year starter and one of the best defensive linemen in the Section

NICK SALAS, JR, HIGHLAND SCOTS (WR/SS)
Nick will be very good the next 2 years for the Scots

BENJI MAGANA, SR, FOWLER REDCATS (WR/DB)
He win never come off the field. Great hands and could have a big senior year.

JACKSON SANCHEZ, JR, SHAFTER GENERALS (DB)
The junior leader is looking very good for the Generals

THAIGER FLOWERS, SR, CENTRAL GRIZZLIES (S)
Transferred in from Edison. Plenty of colleges have found out about Flowers. He should have a big year in the secondary for the Grizzlies.

MARSHAL WEISNER, JR, PASO ROBLES BEARCATS (WR)
He’s 6’4 with great hands and by next year he will be one of the best in the Section.

DANIEL VIVEROS, SR, LIBERTY PATRIOTS (OL/DL)
Team leader upfront for the Patriots.

COLBY WARKENTIN, SR, CENTENNIAL GOLDEN HAWKS (TE/DE)
Big body at 6’5, Colby will be one of the best in the south valley on both sides of the ball. Colby has verbally committed to play at Fresno St

Had 6 interceptions his junior year and not a sleeper any longer. Noah could have a big year for the Grizzlies.

BRANDON GIDDINGS, SR, RIGHETTI WARRIORS QB)
Comes in his senior year and will be one the best Shotgun Wing-T QB’s in the Central Section.

JOE NATION, JR, CLOVIS EAST T WOLVES (RB)
Keep an eye on Joe Joe who runs down hill, power runner that breaks tackles. Joe is 200 lbs and is no longer a sleeper! You better strap it up when Nation has the football.

DEVEON WILLIAMS, SR, SOUTH REBELS (DB)
Plenty of speed for the Rebels

ALONSO ACEVEDO, SR, STRATHMORE SPARTANS (RB)
Will be the main back for the defending state champions after rushing for 1,165 yards and 15 TDs on just 123 carries.

WESLEY WILSON, JR, BAKERSFIELD DRILLERS (RB/LB_
Keep an eye on Wilson. He will be another Drillers star on both sides of the ball

TRE MAXWELL, JR, CENTRAL GRIZZLIES (RB/LB)Transferred in from Roosevelt and if Tre runs and works hard he will make a big difference on the Grizzlies offense. Tre will also play linebacker.

JUSTIN HOLADAY, JR, LEMOORE TIGERS (QB)
The new Tigers QB is 6’2 who is smart and has a very good arm. He is strong and if Justin has a big year then look out for the Tigers!

MATT SANCHEZ, SR, CLOVIS COUGARS, (WR)
He comes in with great hands and break away speed. Caught 33 passes last year.

JE’KOB JONES, SO, CENTRAL GRIZZLIES (RB/LB)
He runs just like Marshawn Lynch. You better be ready to strap it up when Jones hits the hole. Jones is also a very good linebacker

AUSTIN BEBOUT, JR, CENTRAL GRIZZLIES (RB/LB)
Missed all of last year with a shoulder injury and is ready for a big junior year.

ISAIAH CLARK, SR, MENDOTA AZTECS (QB/LB)
6’2, 175 lbs and is good. He can run and has a very good arm. The team leader is a 3 year varsity starter.

ANTONIO PEREZ, SR, HANFORD WEST HUSKIES (WR)
The 1st team WYL receiver is back again after posting a big junior year and looks better than ever while joining a new Central Sequoia League.

SEAN HARMON, JR, CENTRAL GRIZZLIES (RB/LB)
Very speedy running back that loves to hit!

IVAN GARZA, SR, KENNEDY THUNDERBIRDS (OT/DE)
3 year OT starter at 6’5, 275 lb. His size and athleticism will make him one the best offensive tackles in the area. As a defensive end he can control the edge of the offense.
