Happy Friday Stallions!

Looking back at the Fall Sports Season it is surreal to see it coming to an end with only one more sport to finish, our amazing Cross Country. Wednesday, November 8th our XC teams raced in the CMAC Championships, Co-Captain Seth Garcia placed first overall for Boys with a time of 16:13 and Captain Veronica Ortega finished first Overall in the Girls race with a time of 18:56.2 .Our Frosh Boys, JV Boys, Varsity Boys, and Varsity Girls placed first place and our JV Girls placed second. The XC teams ran their best and finished with outstanding results. Our Varsity teams next challenge… the Valley Championships! The Cross Country Varsity Boys and Girls will be racing in the Valley Championships Thursday, November 16th at the teams’ ‘’second home’’ Woodward Park. Good Luck to our Cross Country Runners!

Our Winter Sports are getting ready to begin their year! Friday, November 17th our wrestlers will be hosting the Coaches Alumni Dual at Madera South at 6 PM. Then our JV and Varsity Wrestling team will be having, and competing in the MSHS Scrimmage Tuesday, November 21st at 12 PM. Come out and support our wonderful wrestlers throughout this year’s season!

Coming up next, is our Girls Soccer playing at Reedley High School Tuesday, November 21st at 3 PM. Following this, our Boys Soccer will be playing at Golden Valley High School Wednesday, November 29th at 3:30 and 5:30 PM.  I cannot wait to see all the amazing things our soccer teams will achieve this season!

 

Basketball is also on its way, with our Boys playing vs. Clovis High, December 1st at 7 PM. Then our Girls will be competing vs. Selma High School Tuesday, December 5th at 7 PM. Come support our Basketball Players this season to see the tremendous things they will accomplish!
